WCBA Hosts Justice LaGrua at its 2023 Spring Meeting

The Walton County Bar Association held its Spring Meeting at the Monroe Golf and Country Club on April 26, 2023.

WCBA was proud to host Georgia Supreme Court Justice Shawn LaGrua.  The Justice, was introduced by Alcovy Chief Assistant District Attorney Cliff Howard and Alcovy Superior Court Chief Judge, Ken Wynne.

At the meeting our 2022 Member of the Year, immediate past president Anne LaMalva was recognized both for her service to the local bar as well as for her representation on the Georgia Bar Association’s Board of Governors.

David Boyle also shared an invitation to participate in Judge Horace J. Johnson Jr., Beyond The Bar Scholarship Association’s Drive Chip and Putt event.  The fundraiser is May 6, 2023, at Ashton Hills Golf Club in Covington, GA.  Go to JohnsonBTB.com for more details or to donate.
